Shipping policy


We aim to get your Muskoka Lifestyle order bundled up safely and ready to send within 1 working day of receiving your order. Orders received after 5 pm will be processed the next business day. Orders received over the weekend will be processed and shipped the next working day.

All care will be taken, especially as we are transporting an object containing glass to you. All boxes sent will be protectively packaged, marked fragile and glass indicated. Please contact us immediately by emailing: orders@muskokalifestyle.online if you find there is damage when you receive your parcel. Please send us photos of the damage or breakage and we will work with you to get it replaced as soon as possible.
